We are 5 guys in our 4th/5th at UW and are looking for two students to join a year lease, from September 2025 to August 2026, on a 7 bedroom, 5.5 bath, 2 kitchen, and 2 living room house. The house is on Westcourt Place, which is a short walk to the Westcourt plaza with a T&T, pharmacy, and other food options. Additionally, it is a 15 minute walk to UWaterloo (SLC) it is right by a bus stop on the 12 and 202 routes, making Laurier easily accessible as well. The two kitchens, one on the main level and another in the basement, are fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and lots of cabinet space. Parking is available, however you will have to contact the landlord directly to apply. We are all in our 4th/5th year of uni in a variety of programs. Maths, business and economics. Very chilled people, easy going. All guys, mix of sporty and gamers. 3 of us are from Toronto and 2 of us are from london england.
