We are looking for a new roommate in our NDG apartment starting September 1st.

You are a great fit if you: appreciate a quiet home with clean communal spaces, are a non-smoker and are cat friendly! Unfortunately we cannot accommodate another cat, so please keep that in mind when considering this posting.

Rent: 509$ a month, excluding wifi and utilities.

Location: right off main Sherbrooke road, in NDG. 15 minute walk to Vendôme metro, or 10 minutes by bus. The area is pretty quiet. There are a few grocery stores nearby, 5 minutes down the street. There are also other easily accessible stores nearby: a pharmacy, bookstores, a few déps, etc.

The room on offer: spacious, cozy room, with two windows that let in lots of sun.

Landlord: the apartment is owned by a company, they respond to issues promptly.

Neighbours: quiet, friendly.

Ameneties: washer and dryer, outkitted kitchen, a cuddly cat. A large open balcony on the backside of the building, facing a courtyard.

Accessibility: apartment is on the second floor, up an interior flight of stairs. Inside, everything is on the same floor. The width of doorways and hallways is standard.

For people with scent sensitivities/allergies: we don’t smoke or burn incense, or wear strong scents.

Who we are: I’m Rueben, the author of this ad, a 5th year Concordia student. I am studying Ecology and Creative Writing. My roommate, Abe, is also studying ecology. We are both queer, neurodivergent 22 year olds. We are both bilingual, English and French. We are also both vegetarian.
