Vienna's room

The room you will be taking over is a private room with its own large closet, heating, overhead fan and light. There is a lovely window which can be opened for fresh air ( there is a net so no bug friends come in ) and blinds so you can ignore the sun in the morning or afternoon as you’d like.

Apartment is a newly upgraded 2 bedroom apartment with private balcony. Open kitchen and living room with a single bathroom. ( Shared bathroom but there is plenty of storage for products) . There is a garbage shoot and recycling room. A laundry room, Sauna and Gym. During the summer there is a large pool open to tenants.

The location is right next to the Blockline ION station, 204/201 bus close-by to Fairview mall making public transport super easy. There is visitor parking and many tenants are happy to rent their spots if you own a vehicle. ( even some underground spots if you get lucky for the winter )

There is plenty of natural light as we are facing the sunrise ( beautiful view from the balcony ) and the afternoon heat doesn’t boil us alive. Well ventilated for the summer and heating keeps the place comfortable even in the coldest winter months.

Currently in the process of redecorating the living space and kitchen. There is also now new laminate flooring as opposed to carpet. Old roomie is taking most of the furniture when she goes so just bare with me and imagine it being cute. ( we get the treadmill and tv so who’s winning yakno )

I own a kitty that is playful and kind ( wants to be friends with everyone ). You would be more than welcome to let him in your room or close him off ( if you have the willpower to say no. )

This space is comfortable, warm and caring. Living places are meant to be happy and stress free. Scheduling cleaning, and organization makes it so we will always have a clear mind, which as a student is important to me. Playing vibe-y music and having some nice incense or humidifiers for the plants to keep everyone zen :).

about myself : I am a Conestoga Paramedics student. At home I am very neat and organized, keeping a weekly cleaning schedule. I love my cat and watching tv while we do crafts. Sewing, reading and vintage vinyls are my hobbies, always looking for something interesting and pretty in thrift stores :). I am quite a nerd for crime shows and anime. I also make most of my food at home so meal prepping with someone would be super fun!

looking for : I am hoping to find someone who is a roommate and a buddy. The place is quite spacious and I like hanging out in the living room to focus on hobbies and playing with the cat. Someone who is comfortable and interested in thrifting, vintage items, music, and movie/tv binging is just like me :) ! I’d be happy to hangout at cafes, do thrift trips or start shows we’ve been procrastinating together. And if you’re looking for a study buddy I am second to none. 🐛
