Available end of August. Looking for a roomate to share a furnished basement suite with my daughter (25) and her cat. All you need is your bedroom furniture. The room is smaller in size but possible to share a third bedroom and plenty of storage on the property. I live upstairs. PREFER FEMALE, MUST HAVE PROVEN INCOME and references. This will be verified. Near Northgate. Parking on street. Shared huge backyard space. Own laundry in suite. Utilities included except cable. Prefer someone close in age to my daughter. No additional pets allowed.

My daughter is 25, works most evenings as a server. 3 adults live in the upstairs suite including myself, another daughter and my mother in the winter, with a small very friendly dog.
