I am looking for one roommate to share my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Fairview. The room is available starting December 1st.

The location is very walkable and transit accessible. The apartment is located a couple blocks away from multiple restaurants, grocery stores and shops. There are excellent transit options, including a bus stop to UBC (99) one block away. Canada Line Skytrain is also a block away. It is located directly on the 10th avenue bikeway.

The apartment comes fully furnished. You will have your own full private bathroom with a bathtub. There is a washer, a dryer, and a dishwasher in the unit. There is a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and full-sized fridge and freezer.

Your bedroom includes a double bed, built in closet, dresser, lamp and side table.

The unit is on the fourth floor of a quiet apartment building. I have lived here for 4 years. I am looking for a roommate who is clean, respectful and does not smoke or use drugs. The room is not suitable for couples.

Rent is 1600$ + hydro + internet. Parking is available for an additional 50$/month.

You would be living me, I am a teacher in my 30s. After work I usually go to the gym, cook myself dinner and relax at home. On weekends I like to go hiking, skiing or hang out with friends. I am open to becoming friends but I am equally happy with friendly “co-existence“. I hope that you can feel comfortable here and treat this place like your home.
