Room for rent! (Female only) Hi! My roommate and I (both friendly women in our 20s) are looking to rent out the third bedroom in our two-story home in Whitby. The room comes with its own private bathroom (so no sharing!) just a 1-minute walk to bus stops, and a 5-minute drive to the Oshawa Centre, Walmart, restaurants, banks, and only 16 minutes to Hwy 401.

Rent: $1100/month Utilities: Water included; all others are shared Parking available!🚗 Minimum stay: 6 months (preferably) Available: August 30th

Myself (Kate) and my roommate (Isabelle) We’re easygoing, sociable, and clean, and we’re hoping to find someone who also values a tidy, respectful living space. We are mostly in our rooms but we also love to share the common area and have movie nights!

Chores like lawn care, snow removal, and garbage are shared equally between all roommates. (There will only be 3 of us)
