Looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible roommate to share our relaxed, family-oriented home in Silver Springs NW. You’ll be living with myself and my two older children (ages 12 and 14), along with our friendly dog. We all enjoy our own space, so the home has a quiet and comfortable vibe.

You’ll have the primary suite all to yourself—featuring a walk-in closet and a private ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub and stand up shower. Shared access to the kitchen and laundry is included.

Rent is $900/month, which includes utilities and high-speed internet.

I also run a small child care business from home, so it’s important you’re comfortable with a bit of daytime activity. Due to the childcare setting, a police check and vulnerable sector check are required—I’m happy to cover the cost for the right person.

We’re located just minutes from Foothills Hospital and the University of Calgary, making this a great fit for a student, medical professional, or anyone looking for a calm and welcoming home.
