Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease and, hopefully, long after that!

The space is a Master bedroom in a well-lit and cosy basement apartment on a quiet but neighbourly street. Another room is also up for grabs if you prefer a smaller room. It’s just off the Danforth by Dawes and Chapman with convenience stores in every direction and the cheapest Chinese take away in East York (at least I think so 😆).

Looking for somewhere to call home that’s close enough to where you can touch grass? Taylor Creek Park is a 5 mins walk away and an ideal spot for spontaneous summer picnics or an afternoon yoga session.

I’ve enjoyed being close to the Danforth with live music à la carte and amazing Ethiopian, Mexican and tons of Greek restaurants around. Riverdale Park is also only a few subway stops away and is the best spot to enjoy sunsets with a dazzling Toronto skyline. And a prime spot for tobogganing in the winter!

Currently, I share the space with one other roommate where we split the bills. My landlord is a lovely elderly guy who lives with his wife above this basement apartment and there are other tenants above them but you rarely hear or see them. In the summer, we usually have BBQs or just chill on the backyard patio. If you prefer a non-social vibe, that can work too :)
