About the room
We have a brand new duplex, all furnished, laundry machines in the unit, 1 bathroom complete + washroom. Room available has a closet and bed with mattress furnished (all new). All utilities included (electricity, hot water, internet, heat). The construction is new, so insulation for cold and noise is really good. The street is calm. Metro Frontenac, groceries, plaza with restaurant 5 minutes walk away. Depanneur by the side of the building.
About the roomies
We’re quiet and friendly and we both work full time. We like to share some time around dinner talking a bit and laughing. A clean place is important to us, we split cleaning chores by week / roomie. We are 2 Brazilians, we prefer non smoking women to be our rommate and expect you to be respectful. We love laughing and sometimes we go out together. We like to keep a positive and supportive dynamic in our exchanges. Hopefully you’ll become our best friend as well.
