Softboi House Has a Room Available! 🌿 Hey folks, friends, & queer community — we’ve got a room opening up in the Softboi House, and we’re looking for someone chill, respectful, and community-minded to join our little home. Our awesome roommate is moving on to their next adventure, and we’re hoping to find someone who’s looking for not just a room, but a space where you can be yourself, in peace. About the House: 🏡 3-bedroom furnished house with a shared living area, kitchen, single bathroom, front lawn, and back patio. 💸 Rent: 1200 including utilities Cleanliness: We like to keep the space pretty clean — we tidy as we go, but we also get that life and mental health happen. We communicate, support each other, and pick up where needed — no shame, no stress. What We’re Looking For: Someone kind, respectful, and grounded in live and let live energy. No drama, no micromanaging — just clear, honest communication, mutual care, and shared respect for the space.

Currently home to two trans masc (AFAB) folks — Raphel (he/they, 24) and Abhi (they/them). We’re very much a live and let live house — we respect each other’s space, boundaries, and energy levels. Some days we cook together or hang on the patio, other days we do our own thing — all good either way. The house is a soft landing for anyone navigating life as a queer, trans, or marginalized person. We host the occasional movie night or creative hang with our wider queer community, but this is also a space where downtime and privacy are respected.
