*$50 for June, July, August and September for building air conditioning fee, air conditioner is supplied in livingroom already, you can choose to get a fan or a standing ac for your room(cannot use a window ac) but the fee for each month remains the same.

*$100/month for parking in lot if needed -street parking available in the summer -Plaza next door that some tenants park in (unsure of plaza’s rules)

*Close to major bus lines, bus stops just out front and all amenities are within walking distance but the buses take you right there; to the mall/grocery stores/downtown

There is 1 tenant living in the unit with 1 cat and 2 small dogs all very well behaved. It is quiet, clean and there is no noise before 6am or after 11pm.
