This spacious condo is located in the west end of Kingston in a quiet neighborhood with access to bus routes just outside your door. each tenant has their own bathroom, there is a furnished common area but still room to add personal touches, there is also a large beautiful patio to enjoy, emenities within walking distance or bus. Parking and wifi are extra.

Your roommate has 2 cats, and runs her own professional pet service which includes dog walking and boarding. All clients are screened for medication and a variety of other requirements. Must love animals because they will all love you back. there is zero requirements or expectations for care. The condo is cleaned after every client and kept dog proof.

Your roommate enjoys the outdoors, gardening and crafting.
