Hi! Looking for someone to occupy the upper half of my 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse. You’ll have two rooms, your own private bathroom as well as an open living area! Both rooms have closets and windows looking out on back yard. That’s right, private yard! You’ll also have access to another bathroom on the landing area. There is also an unfinished basement if you happen to need any space to store items. Of course you’ll also have access to full equipped kitchen with all appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave). Washer and dryer would be located on your floor which I will need access to, otherwise the top level is all yours! Located in Chappelle, a lovely quiet neighborhood near parks as well as multiple grocery stores and other amenities. Rent would be $1075 monthly, utilities not included in rent, would be split on a monthly basis.

My name is Madison and I am a 25 year old female from Montreal, moved here last October. I manage a restaurant, despite that I don’t have many late nights and mostly work days. Looking for a lowkey easy going roommate who would like to hangout occasionally and enjoy a drink out on the deck every so often :) Out of consideration for my neighbors I would like to keep noise to a minimum so no parties please, although I have no issue with having friends over as long as everyone is respectful to our space. No smoking indoors and unfortunately no pets allowed (sad, I know.)
