Nice room in a condo near Queen & Dufferin. Shared space with 1 roommate is common place(kitchen/living room) and an ensuite plus a guest bathroom. There is laundry in house!! Common place if fully furnished, plus I’m open to leaving some furniture behind for the room. There’s also a little tiny balcony. Condo building has gym + parking + storage. Ideal candidate is a student with a nice vibe :) . I’ll need someone to take over my lease, rent is $1250 + wifi and hydro.
