The room is furnished with a bed, dressers, computer desk/chair and a 42 inch smart TV. All utilities including hi-speed internet (wifi) are included. The kitchen and bathroom are shared but kept very clean at all times as is the rest of the place. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. There is a large patio with bbq. There is laundry in the building for a nominal charge. It is a great neighbourhood; I have lived here for over 20 years. There is a community centre across the street with a pool, squash courts and small gym. The Martin Goodman Trail is a 2 minute jog/bike ride away. There is also a YMCA within walking distance. I am a professional who works close to home. My daughters and I are, for the most part, relaxed and quiet and very respectful of the people who have stayed with us. I am 4/20 friendly. I am a smoker (tobacco and marijuana) but have never done so in the home.

Hi there, I currently have a furnished room becoming available September 1, 2025, (Female preferred). The room is in a very clean 3 bedroom townhouse near St. Lawrence Market and shared with myself and my 5 year old Labrador Retriever. I have two daughters in their early 20’s, who live with their mother a few blocks away. They are frequent visitors, mostly we make dinner together and hang out on the occasional evening. I am looking for someone who is quiet, clean and respectful. Must like dogs. The rent is $875.00 and is all inclusive, first and last required. My photography skills are seriously lacking and do not do justice to the place. I have been renting the room, mostly to students from George Brown College (5 minute walk to both campuses), for over 18 years. I would prefer someone who is looking for at least a one year lease.
