Looking for a New Housemate in Lachine! 🏡

Hey folks! I’m looking for a new housemate to join me in my spacious 4 ½ apartment in a quiet part of Lachine. My current (and wonderful) roommate is heading off to Nova Scotia for her next adventure, so we’ll be doing a lease transfer for her half of the lease.

The space: • Large private room with a ceiling fan •. Furnished with king sized bed • Bright 3rd-floor apartment with a big balcony — great for reading, relaxing, or having a glass of wine • Full bathroom, lots of natural light, and decent storage • One block from the water, close to a couple of deps, and about a 20-minute walk to the nearest grocery store • Paid parking and storage available in the building (I usually find free street parking though) • Chill, respectful neighbours and a laid-back, friendly vibe overall

A bit about me: I’m 30, active, clean, quiet (but fun!), and not much of a partier. I work out a lot, love good conversation, and enjoy a peaceful home environment. I’ve got a super calm and friendly cat, so unfortunately no other pets are allowed.

This is an LGBQT-friendly home, and I’m hoping to live with someone who shares similar values — open-minded, respectful, clean, and considerate..
