Rent : $1226 + Utilities Deposit: $450

The room is furnished with a bed and drawers and is on the lower level of the house. The bathroom is shared with two other people.

The house is located in the heart of Kitsilano. It is 2 blocks from West Broadway where there are an array of shops, bars, banks & grocery stores It is a quick walk to the 99, 14, 2 & 9. Transit will take you to UBC or Downtown Vancouver in approx 20mins.

The entire house is made up of 8 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens (kitchenette on ground floor, full kitchen on main floor), a dining room, a living room & laundry room All common spaces are furnished.

Tons of storage, big outdoor deck and yard that gets lots of sun. Parking space available in front of the house Safe, quiet neighbourhood with friendly neighbours

About us: We’re 7 girls in our mid-20’s. Some of us are in school while others are working. We are very good friends and love to hang out in the communal spaces!
