About the room
This is a garden suite. It’s an amazing location, on the west side of Kits. You would be sharing the place with me. We’re two blocks down from Broadway, and a 20 minute walk to Jericho beach. On broadway, there is a Tality and Yyoga opening up soon (if you’re into that sort of thing). There’s also plaza close by, with a Nofrills, Breka, BC liquor and another yoga place called Havyn that’s already open. The area is very quiet and clean. There’s a park nearby with a tennis court. The backyard has a shed, fire bowl, a barbecue and patio furniture (ideal hangout both in the summer and winter).
Price includes everything: That’s wifi, utilities, landscape maintenance, and insurance.
About the roomies
Laid back, social and clean. I enjoy sports, drinks with friends, karaoke, reading, yoga and brunch!
