This is a shared rental. It has a fully equipped kitchen. In-suite laundry. Backyard/patio space with a BBQ right on a dog park for the front yard in a safe neighborhood. Private bedroom with closet, but you need furniture for your room. I can help you if you don’t have furniture. A full bath room and a half bath. Utilities & Wi-Fi split evenly. Chores around our home are split too. Close to transit, groceries, freeway access, by the river and parks.
