I’m a first year AVC student looking for one or two roommates to share a brand new 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Charlottetown. Ideally, I’d love to live with fellow AVC students. I’m also open to living with any graduate students or working professionals who are cleaning, easygoing and respectful.

The apartment is located at Lucy Crescent, in a quiet, newly developed area in East Royalty. The unit is on the second floor with a private entrance and features an open-concept layout with modern finishings. It has in-unit laundry, a full kitchen with new appliances, a heat pump for both heating and air conditioning, and blinds throughout. There are two parking spots available, plus guest parking. Lawn care and snow removal are included, but wifi and utilities are not. It’s about a 10–15 minute drive to campus. Bedrooms are unfurnished, but I have some furniture for the shared living spaces.

The lease runs from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2026, with rent totaling $2200 per month for the full unit. Room prices are negotiable depending on the size of the room.

I’m a first year veterinary student, I’m clean, tidy and quiet. I have a 5 year old border collie named Toby who is very well-mannered and quiet. He loves people but can be finicky with other animals. We’re looking for a roommate or two who are also quiet and chill!
