Spacious unfurnished bedroom in a shared 2 bedroom house for $600 a month available August 1 (earlier date possible). I’m looking for a professional in their 30s or early 40s or a mature student.

This room is all inclusive (heat, hot water, electricity, high speed internet, Netflix, outdoor parking). The room includes 2 large closets, one large window, and a private bathroom/shower next to the room. Pictures show how the room can look both with and without furniture, however the room will be unfurnished.

The house is located in Topsail on a quiet street with lots of trees, close to the beach and walking trails. Room rental includes access to shared living and dining rooms, backyard and sunny back deck, kitchen (with dishwasher), washer and dryer. There is also outdoor parking included and plenty of storage space available.

The room is available as of August 1st 2025 for a month-by-month lease.

I’m a pretty easy going professional in her late 30s, currently working full-time from home. Must be comfortable with a high energy dog. I am a non smoker and I am looking for the same.
