The room is 78 sq. ft., fully furnished, and comes with your own private bathroom — no sharing! It’s small but super functional, perfect if you like a minimalist setup. You’ll be living on the 45th floor, so the views are insane. Plus, we’ve got a balcony to soak in those skyline sunsets.

The building has great amenities like pool, hot tub, theatre and even a pet spa! Also, the location couldn’t be more central (heart of downtown) — steps from transit, grocery stores, cafes, bars, restaurants, and more.

I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful, and looking for someone with a similar vibe. Ideal for a student or young professional who wants a peaceful home in the middle of the city.
