This is a bedroom in a house right in the core of downtown Kitchener. We are about a five minute walk from the ION, Victoria Park, and the Kitchener Farmer’s Market. We have a back deck that is great for hanging out on when it’s nice out, and a lockable garage where you can store bikes etc. The house has a washer and dryer.

My name is Zack, I’m 24 years old, and recently started and MFA in fiction writing. I’m definitely happy to socialize, hang out, etc, but also enjoy quiet time/ personal space if that’s more your speed. I have a lot of friends up and down the street, so if you’re looking to meet people, I can introduce you. The other two roommates in the house are Jon and Charlye. Jon’s a 35 year old PHD student at Laurier. He’s quiet, but very friendly and likes to play board games. Charlye is a 21 year old student at Conestoga College. She’s going to be starting her schooling as a paramedic in the fall and works as a vet tech in a nearby animal hospital. All in all, we’re a pretty happy household and are good with socializing together or minding our own business. We value clear, direct communication and get along well.
