This condo is near two subway stations and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops, including: Rabba’s supermarket , Shoppers Drugmart, LCBO, Dollarama, Metro, Farm Boy and more. UofT and TMU are a few blocks away.
The den is furnished with a desk, a chair, a double size bed (with plenty of space underneath), a drawer chest and a clothing rack.
All the utilities are included in the rent: Hydro, Water, Internet, and Cable TV.
Unit amenities include: A/C, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, en-suite washer & dryer.
Building amenities include: Gym, outdoor hot tub, sauna, 3 outdoor terraces, a library room, party room, concierge service and visitor parking.

You will share this condo with the primary tenant (not me). He’s a friendly and easygoing engineering professional. He’s most of the time in his room working from home, very quiet and reliable.
