Hi everyone! I’m looking for a roommate to share a fully-furnished 2-bedroom apartment in the Plateau starting September 1st, with the possibility to move in a few days earlier in August (around Aug 29). The lease would run from September 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living room with TV, a big kitchen and a small balcony overlooking a quiet side street.

Included:

• Fully furnished (including kitchenware)
• Appliances: TV, washing machine, drier, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, speaker
• Heat pump, provides AC and heating (in addition to the wall heaters)
• Wifi

Rent: 1155 /month per person
 Extras: ~ 20/month per person for home insurance ~ 60/month per person for hydro quebec

Location The apartment is a 5min walk from Mont Royal metro station (orange line). The neighbourhood is lovely, with lots of bakeries, niche stores and restaurants (including my favourite ramen spot)! It’s also nearby some popular spots like La Banquise and Ma Poule Mouillee. The nearest park is Parc LaFontaine, which is beautiful in the summer and where you can go iceskating in the winter :)

I’m Laura (21F), an international student studying CS at McGill. I’ve lived here for 4 years and I’m starting my final year this fall! I love to cook, scrapbook, play board games, and watch sci-fi movies. I’m also a huge baker and love to bake cakes and desserts to share with others.

I’m looking for a fellow student or a young professional who doesn’t smoke and who appreciates a calm, relaxing home environment. We’d be a great match if like me you see the home as a place to recharge and rest. I’m friendly and love to share meals and watch movies together, and at the same time I also respect personal space and the need for quiet time to focus on studies and sleep.
