All furniture in the room is not included, there is another room available of similar size that needs to be filled. 15 minute walk to uofc, walking distance to Brentwood station and grocery stores, quiet street with a ton of parking. Basement shared with myself and another person (looking for someone). Washer and Dryer, shared bathroom, utilities are separate (split with upstairs tenants)

I’m an 18 year old student, looking for preferably another student, I mostly keep to myself studying so you might not see me super often. I cook occasionally (not often) and keep my shared spaces tidy.
