• Shared common space: a big kitchen with all appliances, a bathroom and a living room on the first floor, a second bathroom and a laundry room in the basement, plus, you have a sunny terrace in the backyard with garden boxes.
• one parking for small car available for extra fee but possibly not needed as the street parking is easily available in this area

All other roomies are serious university graduate students or young professionals with different nationalities who try to keep the place clean and peaceful to call it a home.
