I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for a room with private bathroom and balcony in a two-story apartment in the quiet and beautiful Belgravia neighborhood. The rent is $850/month + shared electricity and internet. A security deposit is required upon move-in.
The room is already available and ready for move-in anytime. The apartment has an in-unit laundry, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a shared living room with a balcony and there’s a gym in the building. It’s a great location: just a 3-minute walk to the LRT station and 10 minutes to the river.
About the roomies
You’ll be living with two friendly roommates – a 22-year-old girl and a 19 year old guy (they are not a couple). I’ve already moved out and am just looking for someone to take my spot.
