About the room
Offering nearly the entire apartment as I will be busy traveling for work, so you’ll often have the place to yourself with your own entrance.
Unit includes water, heat, electricity, Internet (100/25 mbps), and 1 parking space. Coin laundry and small storage space available in building. Everything in the kitchen and bathroom is available for you to use.
Some amenities/furnishings are optional if you’d like them:

5-minute walk to Stanley Park mall and another plaza containing a grocery store, banking, fast food, department stores, pharmacies, dental/eye/nail care, and more. Bus stations also within the same distance.

About the roomies
It’s just me and I’ll be tucked into the other room with my own entrance. I am clean, quiet, and considerate. I am very busy with work, but otherwise if I have a moment to hang out, I am friendly and easy to get along with.
