Looking for respectful, clean tenants to rent rooms in a two-floor rental ( main floor and basement) The available bedroom IS located in the basement, while the current tenant (female) resides on the main level. The kitchen, located on the main floor, is shared.
Important Note: There are two friendly cats that live in the home. They do not enter bedrooms but may spend time in the basement common areas. If you’re not comfortable around cats, this likely isn’t the right fit.

Myself female in my late 30s working as a nurse. I work shift work so preferably a quiet environment is mostly needed but just in the shared space of the kitchen, as my bedroom is attached to the kitchen. I am laid back and easy going. The most important thing to me is a peaceful and friendly environment for all who live here. I generally keep to myself, but don’t mind having a meal or cup of tea together!
