The unit is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. You would have your own room and bathroom to use, you will need to provide your own bed and furnishing for the room. The living room and kitchen will be furnished by me, with in-unit washing machine and dryer. The unit is located on the first floor, with a small walkout patio. Heating and Wi-fi are included, with Hydro (electricity and water) to split the bill for. There is onsite parking offered by the building, with outdoor for $65/month If a parking space is needed, we will make the appropriate arrangements with the building.

My name is Ethan Butler, (male, 23 years old). I am clean, and fairly quiet in nature. I enjoy going outside and video games. I work IT with a work week of Monday to Friday, so I am out of the apartment during most of the day. My job has on-call rotation every third week, so I may be up late some nights in the event of a call sometimes. Unfortunately, there is a hard no cat restriction due to my allergies to cats.
