About the room
Our home is in the Erindale neighborhood and ideal for a student, wanting some privacy and quiet space for their studies.
There is a queen size bed, closet, dresser and private bathroom. (laundry would be shared with us.) In your area downstairs, you would have your own fridge, freezer, living/tv room, and a table with toaster oven, air fryer & coffee maker which is for your use only. You are welcome to use the kitchen upstairs as well as the dishes, cutlery, pots and pans.
Our home is close to all amenities and 2 bus stops. It’s a 10-15 minute drive to U of S. and a very close walk to John Avant Park Lake.
We would like a minimum of an 8 month lease with one month’s rent security deposit.
No smoking/parties/vaping. Rental and work references please.
About the roomies
We are an easy-going retired couple who are empty-nesters looking for someone to live in our basement bedroom. We like to enjoy time in our backyard, relaxing, and tending to our garden. We would be pleased to chat further with you and to answer any questions you may have. We are looking for a reliable individual who will pay rent on time and be respectful of our home.
