About the room

I’m trying to rent one of the bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment. The room will be unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. The place is located in Old Town Toronto, halfway between Eaton Center and the St. Lawrence Market. A 5 minute walk to either King or Queen subway station. The room is spacious with a large closet and the condo itself includes access to a gym, library, and a rooftop patio.

About the roomies

I am an undergrad student in Life Science at U of T entering my 4th year this upcoming fall. I’m looking for another female student to take over the other private bedroom in my 2-bedroom apartment.
