My boyfriend and I live in a two-bedroom, one-bathroom basement apartment, and the second bedroom is all yours! It’s furnished with a comfy bed, convenient drawers, a table, and a closet, so you can just move right in.

One of the best parts? All utilities are included in the rent, which makes things super easy. We also have a shared backyard with our friendly upstairs neighbours – it’s a great spot to hang out on a warm evening or enjoy your morning coffee.

You’ll be sharing the basement with me, my boyfriend, and our two adorable cats! We’re definitely looking for someone who is cat-friendly and will appreciate having some furry companions around.
