Located on Jarvis and Dundas. The unit has one bedroom and den (I’m set up in the den so you’ll get the bigger room with a window and closet), a nice sized living space and kitchen, and 1 bathroom. There is in unit laundry, a dishwasher, and a giant balcony with a great view. There are many amenities in the building including a pool/BBQ area, gym, party room, lockers for rent, visitor parking, and more. 5 minute walk from TMU campus and Dundas station, plus a streetcar stop outside the building. The room will come unfurnished. My current roommate is ending the lease early so it’s good until August, but with the option to resign if things work out :)

24, she/her, bisexual I’m currently working as a full time barista, but I graduated in 2023 from TMU for journalism!! I spend my free time doing yoga, reading, painting, at the movies, or lounging in bed. I’m generally pretty quiet and keep to myself most days, but I do go to lots of concerts lol. I don’t have guest over often but may have out of town friends stay the night every so now and then, and always with a good amount of heads up. Looking forward to meeting you!
