This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom fully furnished apartment with lots of natural light and plenty of shared space. I currently live in the master bedroom, and I’m looking for two girls to fill the two remaining bedrooms. The available rooms are equal in size and will share a private bathroom between the two of you (I have my own ensuite).

The apartment includes: A spacious living room, A large in-suite laundry room with extra storage, Big windows throughout for lots of sunlight, Furnished balcony with room to hang out, General storage space available. ALL utilities are included in the rental price.

It’s a cozy, well-kept space that’s great for students or young professionals looking for a clean and comfortable home. The picture of the living room is right after installing new floors and moving a bunch of furniture around so its a messier than usual I just didnt want to take a new photo.

Hey! I’m a student at York University, (26 female) so during the school year I’ll be pretty focused and out for most of the day. I’m definitely a night owl right now, but I’m planning to get on a more consistent schedule by September. I really value a clean, organized living space, especially in shared areas like the kitchen and living room, so I’m looking for roommates who feel the same way. I don’t usually host people, but I’m totally cool with guests as long as it’s respectful of the shared space (aka not a two-week-long sleepover situation).
