Room is upstairs on the second floor with shared washroom (with 4 total washrooms in the home) and potential for parking. All utilities(hydro, electricity, a/c, gas, internet) included. Kitchen has two fridges and personal cabinet space 8-10 minute walk to University of Toronto Scarborough campus.
