Looking for a female roommate to rent one bedroom in a two bedroom apartment in St. Clair West. This is for a single female only and will be a written off the lease rental agreement.

Offering for January 1, 2025 or later.

Located at St. Clair West and Glenholme. Apartment is located at a really convenient location in the lovely St. Clair West neighborhood (30 second walk to the 512 Streetcar, 8 minute walk to No Frills, 6 minute walk to nearest Toronto Public Library and just a 10 minute ride to St. Clair West Station via the streetcar).

Rent is $1042.50 before renter’s insurance ($26) Wi-Fi and hydro (approximately $100 for Wi-Fi and hydro per month).

Bedroom comes unfurnished but can provide a desk if you need.

This second floor apartment is 800 sq ft and features a living room, a really lovely sun room and backyard access. There is one shared bathroom and one shared kitchen. Coin laundry available in basement. The 512 stops right outside and all your needs are convenient to access.

There will be a written roommate agreement (this is not protected by the RTA).

Proof of income/credit check, photo ID and last month deposit required.

No pets, couples or smokers please.

Hi! My name is Ope! I’m 24 and currently studying at UofT. I’m looking for a female roommate for my 2 bedroom apartment for January 1.

I love vintage fashion, eating home cooked meals, music, baking, yoga, and talking about pop culture. I enjoy hanging out with roommates on occasion, but I’m also very conscious of respecting boundaries. I like to mask when I go on the TTC/grocery shopping so if you do too, that’s a plus (but not a requirement).

I value cleanliness, responsibility, accountability, and open and respectful communication tremendously in a roommate.

It’s important for me to have a roommate that doesn’t need reminders to follow our contract, and is receptive to communication if something is not being fulfilled.

If you are someone that’s considerate of others, responsible and accountable, practices open communication and can respectfully communicate, on the quieter side, cleans up after themselves without being asked and is comfortable following a weekly chore chart, then we would get along as roommates.
