I am the Landlord. The rental rooms and shared suite are on the top floor of my house. I spend most of my time on the main floor and the house also has a basement. My area of work is instruction in the performing arts, singing, acting, dancing. I have a positive attitude towards life and I think that is reflected in my home environment.

The other renter is a female grad student at the University of Alberta. And by surprise, we found that we have a lot of interests in common and a similar outlook on life.
