• Pictures are not the greatest, very clean suite. Previous tenant said pictures don’t justify. Carpet is not yellow, it’s beige. Clean, well kept. Looking for single occupancy only, street parking in front of the house for 1 vehicle. (No big company truck etc) -Non smoker, No smoking, vaping, drugs in the suite and outside. -Sorry no pets, my son has allergies. -Wifi included, Shaw cable package too included. -Utilities included. -Bus stop across the street, 1 min walk. -Shared laundry but you have your own access door to the laundry room, totally separate not entering each other spaces. -No backyard use, it’s off our kitchen upstairs. -Owners/we live upstairs both work FT and have 2 sons (13 & 11) -Month to Month Tenancy.
• References Required. -Looking for someone who is responsible, working and will respect our place. This is a family orientated neighborhood. We are great landlords, could provide a reference too. Please when replying tell me a bit about yourself and if your looking for short term or longer term. Will not be doing an open house, will meet offsite prior to showing basement.
