We have a room available in a house located in the Keele & Eglinton neighbourhood. We are looking for ONE person only.

This spacious and bright two-storey home features shared spaces including an open-concept kitchen with a balcony, a comfortable living room, and a half bathroom on the first floor. The available room is on the second floor with a walk-in closet and one bathroom (shared with one other person).

Amenities include: washer, dryer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, unlimited high-speed internet and parking.

This house is conveniently located near No Frills, FreshCo, StockYards Village, York Recreation Centre and several parks. Allen Road, Highway 401 and Highway 427 are within driving distance. The area is also well served by the TTC with 24/7 service.

Monthly Rent: $1100

Requirements: employment letter, credit check, a reference, and two forms of ID

The house is shared with two friendly, professional roommates who value a clean and respectful living space.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Shannon is originally from Trinidad and Tobago and has lived in Canada for over 10 years. She works at a non-profit organization and mostly works from home. Quiet and respectful, she enjoys music, concerts, wrestling and reading. She has a few allergies, including to some pets.

João is from Brazil and has been living in Toronto for about 3 years. He works with bicycles, loves sports (never misses a Sunday futebol game), and is a big fan of music and TV. He values cleanliness, organization, and mutual respect, and believes that as long as everyone is on the same page, everything runs smoothly.
