Multiple bus-stops nearby (10, 4, 7, 29, 1, etc.) Sobeys is a 1-min walk away, Superstore is a 10-min walk away, and there are 3 nearby convenience stores as well (Circle K is open 24/7). It is also close to many downtown attractions (parks, waterfront, bars, cafes, gyms, etc.). It is also quiet at night.

Martin (20) and I (Rasheed, 27) will be living with you. This is a great place for students and professionals. We work together to keep the place maintained, tidy and clean and we expect our new roomie to have the same attitude about cleaning. We don’t mind parties (as long as there’s advance notice) and we like to chill together when our schedules align. :)

Both Martin and I have lived with people from the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and girls as well (references can be provided), it does not matter to us what gender you are, all are welcome and we make it a point to make sure everyone is safe and comfortable.
