You will have the large master bedroom that has two full-sized closets and your own ensuite bathroom, with a walk-in shower. The condo is already furnished with everything you need, with the option to purchase the queen size bed and mattress that is already set up in the bedroom.

The condo is located at Keele and Eglinton, minutes away from the 400 and 401, 15 minutes from Pearson Airport, 18 min. subway ride to Union Station and 30 minute drive to downtown core. It is also close to Midtown area and the Junction/High Park. The Location is central to everything you need, there is a bus stop right outside the complex, LRT located within 5 minute walk, a Metro and Walmart within a 10 minute walk up the hill, many pharmacies, lcbo, dollar store etc. We have the StockYards 10 minutes away as well. Yorkdale mall is also a 7-10 minute drive. The 1200sqf condo has lots of natural light that pour into the open-concept layout. The kitchen has brand-new stainless steel appliances. Included with the condo is a community centre with amenities like a 2 floor gym, BBQ area, pet wash, party room, and more.
