Laundry in unit and fireplace. Building has tennis courts , large gym, sauna , hot tub and pool. Has a twin size bed, and desk. Room has double door closet. Kitchen is fully stocked and can use everything - air fryer , blender .. also has dishwasher. All utilities included in price. There is visitor and street parking or extra fee for underground assigned spot.

Myself + partner are in master bedroom. We both work full time , I work from home mostly so looking for other people either working or students who will be quiet during working hours / no loud noise late on weeknights. We have an indoor cat - he is not good at all with other pets so no additional pets allowed 🥲 but must be fine with cats. He is well trained and can be trained not to enter your bedroom if wanted.
