This unit is located in a modern condo building that’s right in front of a streetcar stop and less than ten minutes away from TMU Station (formerly Dundas Station) on Line 1. It’s also less than a minute’s walk away from Toronto Metropolitan University.

There’s a dishwasher, ensuite washer and dryer, an infrared cooking range with an oven and a microwave. There’s a dining table with two chairs as well as a sofa.

HVAC is central building-wide and does not require additional utility charges.

The building features a swimming pool, gym, and a reading room as well as round-the-clock concierge services. Entrance is secured with a key fob-based entry system.

Bike parking is available at an additional charge.

The landlord is very nice and sorts issues out very quickly.

You’ll have your own ensuite washroom and there will be a large closet in your room.

The total rent for the unit is $3100 which we can split in half. The electricity bill would be shared (it’s usually a total of $80 a month).
