This is honestly the best apartment building I’ve found in all of Edmonton.
The suites have everything you need — your own bathroom, a private balcony, and a layout that just feels modern and comfortable. What really blew me away is the view. Not only do you get amazing views right from your apartment, but there’s also a Skylounge on the 31nd floor that’s next level.
Up there, you can play pool, study, relax by the fire bowls, BBQ with friends, or have a romantic evening — all with an unreal panoramic view over Downtown Edmonton, the Legislature Building, the river valley, the bridge, and those insane sunsets.
And if you’re not in the mood for the view? Just book the building’s private movie theater and watch whatever you want with friends — it’s such a cool perk.
Personally, I really enjoy the gym. It’s not massive, but it’s super clean and has everything I need for a solid workout.
The neighborhood is also a huge plus — it’s safe, quiet, and super convenient. The LRT station is just 1 minute away, and you’re only an 8-minute walk from Jasper Ave and the grocery stores.
If you’re looking for a modern place with a great vibe, beautiful design, and top-notch amenities, I 100% recommend checking this one out. You wont find any better for this price!
