Common areas are always clean — dishes don’t sit out, the house smells fresh, and clutter isn’t a thing here. We’re big on maintaining a calm, comfortable living space and expect the same consideration from anyone joining us.

We’re friendly and social when the vibe is right, but also fully respect personal space. We often cook and grocery shop together — you’re more than welcome to join if you’d like, and totally fine doing your own thing if not. No pressure either way.

Our routine is pretty steady: • Usually in bed by around 12am • Up and heading to work by 8:30am • Quiet, relaxed evenings during the week

The neighbourhood is friendly and quiet, and overall the house has a drama-free, easygoing energy. We’re non-smokers, no drugs, and value mutual respect and cleanliness above all.
