Additional Information: • Internet is included; however, the connection in the basement can be weaker. If you work from home or require a stronger, more reliable connection, I would recommend arranging your own internet service to ensure optimal performance • Move-in requirements: first and last month’s rent, plus a $1,000 security deposit • $1,000 of the deposit is refundable upon move-out if the unit is returned in the same condition
