Very walkable neighbourhood, close to transit and bike routes. Grocery stores, shops and restaurants just a few blocks away. Easy access to downtown, north shore and highway 1. Ample street parking, bike storage available and a greenhouse with vegetable garden. No smoking inside, drugs, parties, loud noise after 9pm on weekdays or overnight guests without approval. Items shown in bedroom photos are not included but we can help you with some furniture if needed. 1/3 of electricity required but fibre optic internet and natural gas is included.
