A bright furnished room (with balcony access) is available for rent (female only) on September 1st, 2025. The property is located within York University Village (5 mins walking to York University and Seneca College) which has close access to Finch West subway station and buses. The room is furnished with a double size bed with mattress, wardrobe, desk and chair etc. The room shares a full washroom with another clean and respectful female student. The monthly rent is $980.

The property is professionally managed and maintained, most tenants are young female university students or working professionals.

The property is very quiet and organized and all residents are focused on either academic or career goals. So a like-minded female applicant is preferred.

Strictly no smoking, drug, pet or party are allowed in the property. One occpant per room only.
